DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Henry Lung for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Lung was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 26, 2000. By opinion and order of this Court dated April 16, 2020, Lung was suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year, effective May 18, 2020.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

We find that Henry Lung does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
