Summary of Misconduct:

Ms. Lucas, who was licensed in 1994, was suspended for three years and until further order of the Court. She settled a client's personal injury claim without the client's consent and then misappropriated $7,500. She was suspended in 2003 for unrelated misconduct.


Order of the Court:

The petition by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to impose discipline on consent pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 762(b) is allowed, and respondent Pamela D. Lucas is suspended from the practice of law for three years and until further order of the Court.
