A mother appeals from the termination of her parental rights to her children. AFFIRMED.

Andrew S. Hoth of Hoth Law Offices, Burlington, for appellant.

Thomas J. Miller, Attorney General, Kathrine S. Miller-Todd, Assistant Attorney General, Patrick C. Johnson, County Attorney, and Pamela K. Dettman, Assistant County Attorney, for appellee.

Robert Engler, Burlington, for father.

Alan Waples of Wittkamp Waples, Burlington, guardian ad litem for minor child.

Considered by HUITINK, P.J., and VOGEL and EISENHAUER, JJ.

A mother appeals from the termination of her parental rights to her children. She contends termination of her parental rights violated the Americans with Disabilities Act. This issue was not presented to the juvenile court, nor was it addressed in the termination order. "Even issues implicating constitutional rights must be presented to and ruled upon by the district court in order to preserve error for appeal." In re K.C., 660 N.W.2d 29, 38 (Iowa 2003). Because error was not preserved, we decline to address the merits of the issue.

AFFIRMED.
