ORDER

PER CURIAM

On December 1, 2023, relator filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus challenging a December 1, 2023 "Order for Writ of Capias and Setting of Bond." This court is of the opinion that a serious question concerning the relief sought requires further consideration. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(B). The respondent and the real parties in interest may file a response to the habeas corpus petition by December 18, 2023.

We Order the trial court's December 1, 2023 "Order for Writ of Capias and Setting of Bond" Stayed pending further order of this court.

It is so ORDERED.
