Opinion

No. 05-04-00945-CV

Opinion Issued August 6, 2004.

Original Proceeding from the 134th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 03-05523.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices WHITTINGTON, FITZGERALD, and LANG-MIERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge erred in not granting her motion for summary judgment and imposing monetary sanctions against her. Based on the record presented, we conclude realtor has failed to show the trial judge clearly abused her discretion and that relator does not have an adequate remedy at law. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
