For the reasons stated from the bench at the hearing on December 18, 2003, it is hereby ORDERED that status hearings shall occur on the following dates:

— Monday, January 12, 2004 at 10:00 a.m.;

— Wednesday, February 04, 2004 at 10:00 a.m.;

— Wednesday, March 24, 2004 at 10:00 a.m.;

— Wednesday, May 05, 2004 at 10:00 a.m.; and

— Wednesday, June 23, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. It is further

ORDERED that a Joint Proposed Agenda for each status hearing shall be filed with the Court no later than 12:00 p.m. three business days prior to each hearing.
