ORDER

Due to exigencies in the Courts calendar, it is hereby

ORDERED that the status hearing set for January 22, 2003 is canceled. It is further

ORDERED that the next status hearing in this matter shall occur as previously scheduled on Thursday, March 6, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. A Joint Proposed Agenda for that status hearing shall be filed with the Court no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, March 3, 2003. Failure to file by that time will result in the Court postponing that status hearing.
