ORDER

Pending before the Court is the Motion of Third-Party AdvancePCS Health, L.P. for Order to Grant In Camera Treatment to Certain of its Documents ("AdvancePCS Motion"), that was filed on May 3, 2005. Plaintiffs opposed the AdvancePCS Motion, and asked the Court to lift the Protective Order in this case. Also pending before the Court is the Motion of Non-party Medco Health Solutions, Inc., for In Camera Treatment of Certain Exhibits ("Medco Motion"), which was filed on May 5, 2005. Plaintiffs similarly opposed the Medco Motion, and again asked the Court to lift the Protective Order. Also on May 5, 2005, Cigna Health Corporation filed a motion to intervene, objecting to Plaintiffs' motion to lift the Protective Order. It is hereby

ORDERED that the third-party movants shall confer with Plaintiffs to determine whether agreement can be reached as to necessary redactions to the documents at issue, and whether the confidentiality concerns may thus be resolved. It is further

ORDERED that if the third-party movants or Plaintiffs still request a hearing on the issues raised by the motions for in camera treatment, or on the motion to lift the protective order, the party seeking a hearing shall certify to the Court that the parties attempted to reach a resolution but could not, and identify precisely the remaining documents or issues over which agreement could not be reached. It is further

ORDERED that this procedure shall be adopted for any and all subsequent third-party motions filed regarding the treatment of confidential documents or the Protective Order.

SO ORDERED.
