Due to the Court's calendar and, in particular, a month long criminal trial starting in July 2003, it is hereby

ORDERED that the status hearing scheduled for Wednesday, July 23, 2003 is cancelled. The next hearing in this case shall be the previously scheduled status hearing set for Tuesday, September 2, 2003 at 10:30 a.m. A Joint Proposed Agenda for that status hearing shall be filed with the Court no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday, August 28, 2003. Failure to file by that time will result in the Court postponing that status hearing.
