This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2016-CI-00121, styled Ray Lopez v. Manuel Medina, in his capacity as Chair of the Bexar County Democratic Party, pending in the 150th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Barbara Hanson Nellermoe presiding. --------

ORDER

Sitting: Sandee Bryan Marion, Chief Justice Marialyn Barnard, Justice Jason Pulliam, Justice

On January 12, 2016, relator Ray Lopez filed a petition for writ of mandamus and request for emergency temporary relief pending a ruling on the mandamus petition. It is so ORDERED on January 13, 2016.
