ORDER

The records of the office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court show that on June 1, 1950, Jeff M. Long, Jr. was admitted and enrolled as a member of the Bar of this State.

By way of letter addressed to the Supreme Court of South Carolina, Mr. Long has submitted his resignation from the South Carolina Bar. We accept Mr. Long's resignation, effective July 22, 2001, as set forth by this Court in In the Matter of Long, Op. No. 25336 (S.C.Sup.Ct. filed July 30, 2001).

Mr. Long shall, within fifteen days of the issuance of this order, deliver to the Clerk of the Supreme Court his certificate to practice law in this State. In addition, his name shall be removed from the roll of attorneys in this State.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
