The petition for writ of habeas corpus is denied without prejudice to any relief to which petitioner might be entitled after the resolution of the pending Penal Code section 1172.6 proceedings in Tehama County Superior Court (Super. Ct. No. NCR41795). The parties are directed to inform the California Supreme Court as to the outcome of the section 1172.6 proceedings.
