ORDER

WILLIAM L. WALLER, JR., PRESIDING JUSTICE.

This matter is before the Court en banc on the Petition to Rescind Local Rules filed by the Honorable George Ward of the Seventeenth Chancery Court District. Having considered the petition, the Court finds that it should be granted and the previously adopted local rules 95-1 and 95-2 should be repealed.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Rescind Local Rules filed by the Honorable George Ward of the Seventeenth Chancery Court District is hereby granted. The previously adopted local rules 95-1 and 95-2 are repealed.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the clerk of the Supreme Court shall record this order in the minutes of the Court and shall forward a true certified copy of this order to West Publishing Company for inclusion in the Southern Reporter, Second Series (Mississippi Edition).
