LC No. 2022-002576-PP

ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal is DISMISSED IN PART for lack of jurisdiction as to the February 10, 2023 "order on motion to modify, extend, terminate personal protection order" because, assuming without deciding that the order is appealable by right, the claim of appeal was not timely filed as to that order. MCR 7.204(A)(1)(a). The claim of appeal remains pending as to the February 10, 2023 "order after hearing on violation of valid personal/foreign protection order."

This order is without prejudice to the filing of a late appeal under MCR 7.205(A)(4) as to the February 10, 2023 "order on motion to modify, extend, terminate personal protection order," provided the filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
