IN THE INTEREST OF L.J.C., a Child
From the 166th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2023PA00691 Honorable Laura Salinas, Judge Presiding
ORDER
PER CURIAM
The reporter's record was originally due to be filed on October 11, 2024. On November 15, 2024, Maria E. Fattahi, a court reporter responsible for preparing the record, filed a notification of late record, notifying this court that the reporter's record was not filed because appellant has not provided the reporter a designation of record.
It is therefore ORDERED that appellant provide written proof to this court by November 20, 2024, that appellant has requested Maria E. Fattahi to prepare the reporter's record, which request must designate the portions of the proceedings and the exhibits to be included. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.6(b)(1). It is further ORDERED that Maria E. Fattahi must file the portion of the reporter's record for which she is responsible no later than seven days after the date appellant's written proof is filed with this court.
Appellant and the court reporter are reminded that this is an accelerated appeal of an order terminating appellant's parental rights. Consequently, each extension of the deadline to file the reporter's record must not exceed 10 days, see Tex. R. App. P. 35.3(c); cumulative extensions must not exceed 30 days, absent extraordinary circumstances, see id. R. 28.4(b)(2); and this appeal must be disposed of by this court within 180 days of the date the notice of appeal was filed, see Tex. R. Jud. Admin. 6.2. Given the time constraints governing the disposition of this appeal, no further requests for extension of time will be allowed absent extraordinary circumstances.
It is so ORDERED.
