This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2003-CVQ-001411-D2, styled Gregoria P. Rodriguez, Individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Manuela Rodriguez, et al., v. Living Centers of Texas, Inc. D/B/A Retama Manor Nursing Center/Laredo South, et al., pending in the 111th Judicial District Court, Webb County, the Honorable Raul Vasquez presiding.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


On October 18, 2005, relators filed a petition for a writ of mandamus and a motion for emergency stay. The court has considered relators' petition and motion and is of the opinion that relators are not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, relators' petition for a writ of mandamus and motion for emergency stay are denied. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
