MEMORANDUM OPINION
The court has considered relator's petition for a writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that relief should be denied. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.3(j)(1)(A) and 52.8(a); In re Bledsoe, 41 S.W.3d 807, 811 (Tex.App.-Fort Worth 2001, orig. proceeding) (holding that mandamus action may be based on a trial court's oral order only if "the court's ruling is a clear, specific, and enforceable order that is adequately shown by the record").
Accordingly, relator's petition for a writ of mandamus is denied.
Relator shall pay all costs incurred in this proceeding.
The clerk of this court is directed to transmit a copy of this opinion to the attorneys of record, the trial court judge, and the trial court clerk.
