Counsel for appellant having moved to be relieved of assignment on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Ontario County, entered September 11, 2023, and for an extension of time to perfect, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks relief from assignment is denied, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to July 23, 2024, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order (see Matter of Larae L. (Heather L.), 202 A.D.3d 1454, 1455 [4th Dept 2022]).
