DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 14, 2021. Motion by the petitioner-appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of so much of the order as directed distributions of money to Steven G., Laurie Maxis, and Judy Mock, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
