See 8th Tex.App. (El Paso) Loc. R. 1. NO FURTHER MOTIONS FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE THE COMBINED APPELLANT'S REPLY BRIEF/CROSS- APPELLEE'S BRIEF WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THIS COURT.
It is further ORDERED that the Hon. Stewart W. Forbes, the Appellant/Cross-Appellee's attorney, prepare the combined Appellant's reply brief/Cross-Appellee's brief and forward the same to this Court on or before January 12, 2017.
