STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER EXTENDING TIME FOR DEBTOR TO ASSUME OR REJECT LEASE OF NONRESIDENTIAL REAL PROPERTY UNDER 365(d)(4) THROUGH AND INCLUDING DECEMBER 8, 2008


Lightwave Communications, LLC ("Debtor") and CRP Holdings C, L. P. ("CRP") (Debtor and CRP together, the "Parties"), by their respective attorneys, represent as follows:

WHEREAS, on or about September 5, 2008, the Parties filed their Joint Motion For Approval Of The Stipulation And Consent Order Extending Time For Debtor To Assume Or Reject Lease Of Nonresidential Real Property Under Section 365(d)(4) Of The Bankruptcy Code Through And Including December 8, 2008 (the "Motion"); and

WHEREAS, as set forth in the Motion, the Debtor has requested and CRP has agreed to an extension of 90 days for the Debtor to move to assume or reject the lease of non-residential real property located at 14504 Greenview Drive, Laurel, Maryland (the "Greenview Drive Lease") under Section 365(d)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code, though and including December 8, 2008.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing it is hereby

ORDERED, that the time for Debtor to move to assume or reject the Greenview Drive Lease pursuant to Section 365(d)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code is hereby extended for ninety days, through and including December 8, 2008.

STIPULATED AND AGREED.
