FOR APPELLANT: Amy E. Lowe, Missouri Public Defender's Office, 1010 Market Street, Suite 1100, St. Louis, Missouri 63101.

FOR RESPONDENT: Sarah E. Ernst, Assistant Attorney General, PO Box 899, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102.

Before Philip M. Hess, P.J., Angela T. Quigless, J. and Colleen Dolan, J.

ORDER

PER CURIAM Larry Hoskin appeals the judgment of the 21st Judicial Circuit committing him to the Department of Mental Health as a sexually violent predator under Mo. Rev. Stat. § 632.480. Mr. Hoskin argues the evidence did not clearly and convincingly prove he is more likely than not to commit future predatory acts of sexual violence if not confined to a secure facility.

All statutory citations are to RSMo (2020), unless otherwise indicated.

We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find the decision was supported by clear and convincing evidence. A written opinion would have no precedential value and would serve no jurisprudential purpose. The parties have been furnished with a memorandum, for their information only, setting forth the reasons for our decision.

We affirm the judgment under Missouri Supreme Court Rule 84.16(b).
