ORDER

This is an accelerated appeal from a judgment in a suit in which the termination of the parent-child relationship is at issue ("parental termination case"). Our record reflects that Donald M. Crane was appointed by the trial court to represent L.S., the mother of L.G.R. On February 25, 2016, Julie A. Ketterman filed a "Designation of Attorney in Charge."

Section 107.013 of the Texas Family Code vests the trial court with the duty, and authority, to appoint counsel for an indigent parent in a suit in which termination of the of the parent-child relationship is at issue. Accordingly, for purposes of this appeal, Donald M. Crane shall remain the attorney for L.S. until such time as this court is provided with documentation that he has been allowed to withdraw.
