Opinion

No. 05-05-00439-CV

Opinion Issued April 5, 2005.

Original Proceeding from the 192nd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 04-06120-K.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred in denying their motion to quash. Based on the record presented, we conclude relators have failed to show the trial court abused its discretion in denying their motion to quash. Accordingly, relators' petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
