IN RE DE LEON AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONAL AND CHRISTOPHER DE LEON, INDIVIDUALLY
ON PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS
Before Chief Justice Contreras and Justices Longoria and Peña
ORDER
PER CURIAM
Relators De Leon Aircraft Maintenance Professional and Christopher De Leon, individually, have filed a petition for writ of mandamus and a motion to stay in the above-referenced cause number. In their petition for writ of mandamus, relators assert in three issues that temporary orders and a temporary injunction should be vacated. In their motion to stay, relators seek to stay the temporary orders and temporary injunction pending the resolution of this original proceeding.
The Court, having examined and fully considered the motion to stay, is of the opinion that it should be granted as stated herein. We grant the motion to stay and we order the temporary orders and temporary injunction to be stayed pending the resolution of this original proceeding or further order of this Court. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.10 ("Unless vacated or modified, an order granting temporary relief is effective until the case is finally decided."). However, the subject of the lawsuit, the 1975 Cessna 180J, Serial No. 18052536, shall not be sold, transferred, or impaired in any way, and shall be maintained and preserved in its current status.
The Court requests the real parties in interest, Luis Gutierrez and Sergio Gutierrez, or any others whose interest may be affected by the relief sought, to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of ten days from the date of this order. See id. R. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.
