MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator contends the trial judge erred in denying his motion to conduct discovery. We conclude the relator has not shown himself entitled to the relief requested from this Court. Accordingly, relator's motion to retrieve copies of exhibits from the trial court and petition for writ of mandamus are DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
