FLORIDA BOARD OF BAR EXAMINERS RE: L.D.S.
Upon consideration of L.D.S.'s petition for review filed in the above cause, it is ordered that the findings of fact, conclusions of law and recommendation of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners are approved. L.D.S.'s petition is hereby denied and L.D.S. shall not be admitted to The Florida Bar at this time. L.D.S. shall be disqualified from reapplying for admission for a period of two years from June 11, 2018, the date of the Board's findings. NOT FINAL UNTIL TIME EXPIRES TO FILE REHEARING MOTION AND, IF FILED, DETERMINED. CANADY, C.J., and POLSTON, LABARGA, LAWSON, LAGOA, LUCK, and MUÑIZ, JJ., concur. A True Copy
