This proceeding arises out of Cause No. P15-173, styled Estate of Lloyd Donald Brinkman, Deceased, pending in the County Court at Law, Kerr County, Texas, the Honorable Tom Pollard presiding. --------
Relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining of the trial court's failure to rule on their Motion to Transfer Matters to County Court at Law. The respondent filed a response accompanied by a copy of his order ruling on the motion. Accordingly, relator's petition is denied as moot. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
