IN THE INTEREST OF L.C.R., A CHILD

On Appeal from the 302nd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. DF-90-20472

ORDER

Appellant and the Office of the Attorney General of Texas requested that the clerk's record include the May 14, 1991 "Final Judgment" and "Order to Establish Parent-Child Relationship." That document is not included in the clerk's record, and the parties have indicated that it is lost or destroyed. Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure, 34.5(e), we ORDER the trial court to determine what constitutes an accurate copy of the missing item and order it to be included in a supplemental clerk's record and filed in this Court within thirty days of this order.

We ABATE this appeal until the supplemental clerk's record is filed with this Court or until May 21, 2018, whichever comes first.
