ORDER

PER CURIAM

This appeal is from an order signed May 20, 2024. Appellant filed a notice of appeal on June 20, 2024. Appellant filed a Statement of Inability to Afford Payment of Court Costs in the trial court. When a party files a Statement, the declarant must not be ordered to pay costs. See Tex. R. Civ. P. 145. Appellant has not been ordered to pay costs pursuant to Rule 145.

Accordingly, the official court reporter for the 246th District Court, Delores Johnson, is directed to file the reporter's record within 30 days of the date of this order.

The trial court is directed to provide appellant a copy of the clerk's record and the reporter's record within 15 days of the reporter's record being prepared. The trial court clerk is ordered to certify to this court the date on which delivery of the record to appellant is made. Appellant's brief will be due 30 days after that date.

Appellant's motion to accept appendix in addition to or in lieu of clerk's record is denied. All documents filed by appellant with this court are struck from the record and are ordered to be collected by a representative of appellant within 10 days of this order.
