IN THE INTEREST OF L.B., A.B., AND A.R., CHILDREN

On Appeal from the 59th Judicial District Court Grayson County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. FA-16-1420

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before Justices Bridges, Lang-Miers, and Evans
Opinion by Justice Lang-Miers

Appellant is the mother of L.B., A.B., and A.R. ("Mother"). On August 2, 2017, Mother signed an affidavit voluntarily relinquishing her parental rights to L.B., A.B., and A.R. to the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. The trial court signed an order of termination and appointed Garland D. Cardwell to represent Mother in this appeal.

Mother has now filed a "Voluntary Motion to Dismiss" this appeal. Mother and her counsel recite that they have conferred and reviewed the record, and Mother "has requested that this appeal no longer be pursued." Attorney Cardwell also requests permission to withdraw from further representation of Mother. Mother has signed the motion indicating her agreement and approval. Under rule 42.1(a)(1), Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure, we may dismiss an appeal in accordance with a motion by appellant where disposition will not prevent a party from seeking relief to which it would otherwise be entitled. Accordingly, we grant Mother's motion and attorney Cardwell's request to withdraw, and dismiss this appeal.
