Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.9 prohibits the filing of a document that contains sensitive data such as the birth date and home address of a minor. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.9. The brief appellant filed January 13, 2023, contains sensitive data. Accordingly, we STRIKE the brief and ORDER appellant to file a brief that complies with rule 9.9 no later than February 3, 2023. The brief shall also comply with the requirements of rule 38.1, including the requirements that the statement of facts and argument be supported by references to the clerk's and reporter's records, and shall not include any documents not before the trial court. See id. 38.1; Sabine Offshore Serv., Inc. v. City of Port Arthur, 595 S.W.2d 840, 841 (Tex. 1979).

We caution appellant that failure to comply with this order may result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See id. 38.8(a), 38.9, 42.3(b),(c).
