Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 14, 2022. By order to show cause dated March 23, 2022, the parties to the appeal were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal in the above-entitled proceedings should or should not be dismissed on the ground that it has been rendered academic.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
