MEMORANDUM OPINION

On November 20, 2015, relator Charles Berdon Lawrence, Jr. filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221 (West 2004); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this court to compel the Honorable Judy Warne, presiding judge of the 257th District Court of Harris County, to vacate her order appointing a discovery master signed on November 13, 2015.

On December 31, 2015, relator filed an unopposed motion to dismiss his petition for writ of mandamus. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
