IN RE LATOSHA R. EMANUEL AND FIRST TRANSIT, INC., Relators

ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS
133rd District Court Harris County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 2013-08649

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On May 18, 2017, relators Latosha R. Emanuel and First Transit, Inc. filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221 (West 2004); see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relators ask this court to compel the Honorable Jaclanel McFarland, presiding judge of the 133rd District Court of Harris County, to grant their motion to designate a responsible third-party.

Relators have not shown that they are entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relators' petition for writ of mandamus. We also deny relators' motion for emergency temporary relief.

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Chief Justice Frost and Justices Jamison and Busby.
