IN RE Maria V. LARA and Maria A. Villareal

Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2016-CVT-001811-D4, styled Maria V. Lara and Maria A. Villarreal v. Enrique Hernandez and RDZ Oilfield Lease Services, Inc., pending in the 406th Judicial District Court, Webb County, Texas, the Honorable Oscar J. Hale, Jr. presiding.

ORDER

Sitting: Marialyn Barnard, Justice Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice Irene Rios, Justice

On December 4, 2017, relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus and a motion for emergency temporary relief. Because the trial court vacated in its entirety the order about which relators complain, we GRANT relator's motion to dismiss; we DISMISS AS MOOT the petition for writ of mandamus, and we VACATE our December 5, 2017 order staying the trial court's November 30, 2017 order. The court's opinion will issue at a later date.

It is so ORDERED on December 13, 2017.

Marialyn Barnard, Justice

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 13th day of December, 2017.

/s/_________

KEITH E. HOTTLE,

Clerk of Court
