Hearing Granted Aug. 24, 1939

Appeal from Superior Court, Los Angeles County; Frank C. Collier, Judge.

In the matter of the estate of Jay B. Lampman, also known as J.B. Lampman, deceased, wherein the first and final account and petition for distribution filed by Marion L. Pitcher, as executrix, were contested by Helen T. Lampman. From a judgment approving the first and final account and petition for distribution, fixing the statutory fees of the executrix and her attorney, and reducing fees paid to an accountant who assisted executrix, the executrix appeals.

Judgment affirmed in part and reversed in part, with directions.
