Opinion

No. 05-11-00347-CV

Opinion issued April 1, 2011.

Original Proceeding from the 193rd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 10-15408.

Before Justices MORRIS, FRANCIS, and MYERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial court erred in denying their motion to transfer venue. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relators have not shown the trial court abused its discretion by failing to transfer the case. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); In re Tex. Dep't of Transp., 218 S.W.3d 74, 76 (Tex. 2007) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relators' petition for writ of mandamus.
