In re LAMAR A., a Person Coming Under the Juvenile Court Law. THE PEOPLE, Plaintiff and Respondent, v. LAMAR A., Defendant and Appellant.

Lamar A. appeals from orders sustaining the allegation that he committed robbery with the use of a firearm and placing him at the California Youth Authority. Appellants court-appointed counsel has briefed no issues and asks this court to review the record pursuant to People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436. We have reviewed the record, and we agree with counsels assessment that there is no issue warranting further briefing. Lamar was identified by the victim within an hour of the offense. The court properly ruled that the in-the-field show up was not so unduly suggestive as to warrant its suppression at the jurisdictional hearing.

DISPOSITION

The juvenile courts orders are affirmed.

We concur: McGuiness, P. J., Corrigan, J.
