By order dated February 2, 2022, we ordered that LaToya Young-Martinez, former deputy reporter for the 254th Judicial District Court and current Official Court Reporter for the 255th Judicial District Court, not sit as a reporter until the reporter's record in this appeal was filed. The reporter's record has been filed. Accordingly, we LIFT the portion of this Court's February 2 order that Ms. Young-Martinez not sit as a reporter.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Kimberly Brown, Presiding Judge of the 254th Judicial District Court; the Honorable Kim Cooks, Presiding Judge of the 255th Judicial District Court; Stacy Harlow, Official Court Reporter for the 254th Judicial District Court; Ms. Young-Martinez; the Dallas County Auditor; and, all parties.
