ORDER MODIFYING OPINION [CHANGE IN JUDGMENT]

Kline, P.J.

THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on August 7, 2009, be modified as appellant requests, as follows:

1. On page 1, the last sentence of the first paragraph should be changed to read as follows:

“We affirm the jurisdiction order with one modification, but reverse the disposition order and remand for further proceedings.”

2. On page 34, the entire text of the Disposition should be changed to read as follows:

“The jurisdiction order shall be modified to state that the allegations contained in b-1 of the amended petition filed on January 14, 2008, concerning Rochelle’s marijuana use, are not true. As so modified, the order is affirmed. The disposition order is reversed and the matter is remanded for further proceedings.”

This modification changes the judgment.
