OPINION

THE COURT.

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on September 4, 2002, be modified as follows:

Opinion on page 12, the fourth full sentence [101 Cal.App.4th 952, advance report, 2d par., line 10], which begins "The record does not reflect," is deleted and replaced with the following sentence:

"The record reflects L.Y. and J. had similar experiences while living in the same foster home, were physically abused by L. and Jaime and had been through the dependency process together."

There is no change in the judgment.

The petition for rehearing is denied.
