MEMORANDUM OPINION
AMANDA L. REICHEK JUSTICE
Appellant appeals from the trial court's order modifying his disposition. Before the Court is appellant's motion to dismiss the appeal. Counsel for appellant informs the Court that K.Z.S. and his legal guardian have made the joint decision to dismiss the appeal. Accordingly, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a).
JUDGMENT
In accordance with this Court's opinion of this date, the appeal is DISMISSED.
