Motion by Andrew H. Kulak pursuant to CPLR 2201 to stay the effective date of the Court's order of suspension. Mr. Kulak was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department on January 14, 1980, under the name Andrew Harris Kulak. By opinion and order dated June 22, 2022, this Court suspended Mr. Kulak from the practice of law for a period of two years, commencing July 22, 2022.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
