IN THE INTEREST OF K.S.L. AND M.B.L., CHILDREN

On Appeal from the 469th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 469-54150-2018

ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III, CHIEF JUSTICE

Before the Court is appellant's June 14, 2022 unopposed second motion for an extension of time to file his brief on the merits. Although appellant requests an extension to June 13, he did not tender his brief on that date. Accordingly, we DENY the motion as moot.

Appellant attempted to file his brief on June 14 but the filing was rejected because the brief was not bookmarked. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.4(k). By post-card notice dated June 14, we notified appellant of the issue and directed him to file a corrected brief within three days. On the Court's own motion, we extend the time for appellant to file a corrected brief to June 21, 2022.
