Douglas B. Shapiro, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The "motion to accept corrections to brief on appeal" is treated as a motion to file a corrected brief on appeal and is GRANTED only to the extent that, within 7 days of the Clerk's certification of this order, appellant's counsel may file a corrected brief on appeal, which adds the relevant subsequent history to the citations of In re Hicks/Brown, 315 Mich.App. 251; 890 N.W.2d 696 (2016). Appellee's brief on appeal shall be timed from the filing and service of the corrected brief on appeal.
