ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by Alan G. Kraut, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 20, 1971, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Alan Kraut.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further, ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Alan G. Kraut to Alan Kraut, effective immediately.
