IN RE S. L. KORDUPEL, Minor.

Order

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the September 29, 2022 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered. Pursuant to MCR 7.305(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE Part III-A of the judgment of the Court of Appeals and we REMAND this case to that court to specifically address the respondent's argument that the foster parent intentionally impeded reunification efforts despite the court-ordered goal of reunification. See In re Mason , 486 Mich. 142, 152, 782 N.W.2d 747 (2010). In all other respects, leave to appeal is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the remaining question presented should be reviewed by this Court.

We do not retain jurisdiction.
