ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The complaint for superintending control and the motion to waive the requirements of MCR 7.209 are DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because an appeal is available from the July 25, 2022 order granting the motion to revoke acknowledgment of parentage entered in Kollar v Sparks, Montcalm Circuit Court Docket No. 21-027867-DC, and any order entered after the September 19, 2022 de novo review hearing from which plaintiff is aggrieved. MCR 3.302(D)(2). As a result, plaintiff may challenge the order in question by filing a delayed application for leave to appeal under MCR 7.205. See MCR 7.203(B)(5).
