IN THE INTEREST OF K.N.B., a Child

From the 37th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2013EM502426 James Rausch, Judge Presiding.

ORDER

Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice.

Appellant Daniel Bios has filed a "motion to compel," explaining he has requested "audio recordings" from hearings in 2013, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2023 and 2024. We construe Bios's motion as a request for the reporter's record.

Based on the foregoing, we order appellant to provide written proof to this court by July 12, 2024 showing he has requested the court reporter to prepare the reporter's record (transcript or audio recordings) for the dates in question. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.6(a)(2) (if proceedings electronically recorded, reporter's record consists of certified copies of recordings). The request must designate the portions of the proceedings and the exhibits to be included. See id. R. 34.6(b)(1). If appellant fails to respond within the time provided, appellant's brief will be due within thirty (30) days from the date of this order, and the court will consider only those issues or points raised in appellant's brief not requiring the portions of the reporter's record he is seeking for a decision. See id. R. 37.3(c).
